Mr. K. K. Sharma (MBA, CA, LLB) – having over 27 years of professional experience in various corporate domains such as commercial operations, accounting, finance, taxation, and management.

Mr. Tariq Parvez (Director) is a Commerce graduate with a specialization in Financial Management and an MBA in Marketing. With over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, he excels in unsecured business loans and auto loans. Tariq has held various roles in acquiring retail asset products at prestigious institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, and Barclays Bank.

Notably, during his tenure at Barclays Bank, he managed underwriting and collection/recovery for business loans and credit cards across the entire UP & Delhi NCR region, significantly enhancing his overall business outlook. While he is based in Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Tariq’s extensive work experience covers various territories in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and the NCR region. His most recent position was as the Regional Credit Manager at Barclays Bank PLC in 2012, where he served for 5 years, initially as ASM and later as RCM.

Mr. Sahdev Bhavsar (Director) the visionary behind our success. He began his finance journey in 2003 as a field executive at City Bank, and in just eight years, he turned his vision into reality with Sai Fakira Financial Services in 2011. Mr. Bhavsar expanded his horizons in 2021, becoming a director at “Parker’s Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd.” Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, he oversees the corporate office. Mr. Bhavsar is driven by determination and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Mr. Rajesh Krishnan (Director) is on our board as a director to spearhead our Operations. He carries a rich banking experience of close to 20 years in Senior Management positions with Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank and IIFL HFC to name a few leading the Unsecured and Secured loans teams as Zonal Head.

Mr. Piyush Soni (Director) is a seasoned professional who embarked on his career path in 2003. He has held significant positions in well-known banks and NBFCs. Piyush commenced his journey with SCB in 2003 and subsequently contributed his expertise to institutions like Fullerton India, Bajaj Finance, Tata Capital, and Capri Loans. His last banking role was at Roha Housing before he embarked on a new journey as a Director at Parker’s Group in early 2021. In this role, he is actively contributing to the growth of the business in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Piyush Agrawal (Director) holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from D.A.V.V. Indore. He embarked on his banking career as a Sales Officer in April 2003 and has accumulated over 20 years of diverse experience in banking and finance. Mr. Agrawal has worked with prominent financial organizations including Piramal Housing, Poonawalla, IDFC First Bank, BFL, HDB Financial, and ICICI Bank. With a background in sales and business development, he served as Geography Head and Regional Sales Manager for a total of 6 years across different states such as Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Vidarbha. His expertise spans various verticals, encompassing both unsecured and secured segments. Mr. Agrawal assumed the role of Director in the Company starting from August 9, 2023.

RANDHEER PAL – (DIRECTOR) brings over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, specializing in secured and unsecured loans. Throughout his career, he has been associated with some of the most reputed financial institutions, like City financial, Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, DHFL Indiabulls, and Utkarsh Bank. His deep expertise in the lending sector has contributed to the growth and success of various banking operations.

Mr. Vikas Kumar Choudhary (Director) – with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in loans, he brings invaluable expertise and strategic vision to our organization.

Mr. Chaudhary has held prestigious leadership roles, including Associated Director at My Mudra Fincorp Ltd, Business Head at GYW India Pvt Ltd, and senior management positions at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd and Indiabulls Credit Services Ltd.
